Tia Fleming

Tia Fleming serves as Executive Director of the California Water Efficiency Partnership (CalWEP), where she leads strategic vision and oversees programs, partnerships, and advocacy supporting urban water suppliers across California. She is passionate about helping water agencies collaborate, innovate, and share practical solutions for efficient and resilient water management.

Tia brings more than 15 years of experience with environmental and water-focused nonprofit and municipal organizations, with leadership roles spanning outreach, policy, strategic planning, facilitation, and coalition development. She holds a degree in Environmental Studies with Honors from UC Santa Cruz, is a WaterSense Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper, and serves on the Board of Directors of the California Irrigation Institute.

Through her work at CalWEP, Tia is committed to advancing the tools and partnerships needed to meet California's long-term water efficiency goals.
