
Levi Johnson
Levi Johnson works for the Bureau of Reclamation as the Operations Manager for the Central Valley Operations Office that oversees the daily and seasonal water and power operations for the federal Central Valley Project, one of the world’s largest and most complex water storage and delivery systems. Prior to joining CVO, Johnson served as the Water Resources Branch Manager for Reclamation's Central California Area Office in Folsom, CA supporting the management of the American River, Stanislaus River, and Nimbus Fish Hatchery. Before joining Reclamation in 2016, Johnson worked for the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District in the Columbia Basin Project as an engineer and coordinator of an extensive groundwater replacement program. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Agricultural Development from Montpellier SupAgro, France. Johnson is based in Sacramento, CA.
