Joone Kim-Lopez

Joone Kim-Lopez is the General Manager and CEO of Moulton Niguel Water District, leading water, recycled water, and wastewater services in South Orange County. With more than 30 years of public service, she has transformed agencies statewide and founded the California Data Collaborative to advance innovative, data-driven water solutions. In addition to serving on numerous boards, she is a governor appointee to the California Seismic Safety Commission.  A former Police Officer honored with the Silver Medal of Courage, Joone is known for uniting communities, driving meaningful change, and inspiring future leaders.
