Cora Snyder

Cora Snyder is a Senior Program Manager at the Pacific Institute, a global nonprofit organization that creates and advances solutions to the world’s most pressing water challenges. There she leads initiatives on corporate water stewardship, water efficiency and reuse, and water policy in the western United States. She currently leads the California Water Resilience Initiative (CWRI), a multi-stakeholder effort to accelerate corporate action and public-private partnerships in support of the state's water resilience goals. Cora’s work focuses on bridging technical expertise with coalition-building: bringing companies, governments, NGOs, and researchers together around shared goals and data-informed solutions. Outside of the Pacific Institute, Cora teaches Water Policy at UC Santa Barbara’s Bren School of Environmental Science & Management and serve as a commissioner on the City of Santa Barbara Water Commission.
