
Anna Schiller
Anna Schiller is a Senior Program Manager on Environmental Defense Fund’s Climate Resilient Water Systems team, where she focuses on building partnerships to address complex water challenges with multibenefit approaches. Her work centers on collaboratively developed solutions that enhance groundwater sustainability within agricultural systems, with a specialized focus on demand management and integrated land-use planning.
By seeking common ground solutions, Anna supports implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) and the strategic deployment of California’s Multibenefit Land Repurposing Program. She is dedicated to the idea that regional coordination and shared goals can unlock a climate resilient water future for Californians. Anna holds a B.S. from UC Davis and a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at UC Santa Barbara, specializing in Water Resources Management.
